New Build Announce Album, Streaming Songs and Tour Dates

New Build, featuring members of Hot Chip and LCD Soundsystem have announced their new album – Yesterday was Lived and Lost.

The musical collective from London features Al Doyle of Hot Chip and LCD Soundsystem, Tom Hopins, and Felix Martin of Hot Chip. The twelve track album will be available digitally, on CD or vinyl on March 5, 2012.

Different mediums have special perks – the CD comes with two prints by the artists Bevis Martin and Charlie Youle, while the vinyl has an exclusive bonus track along with a high quality digital download.

While you can’t buy Yesterday was Lived and Lost just yet, New Build are streaming five tracks off the album, with a promise to add more as the release date approaches. The single “Do You Not Feel Loved” will be released as a limited edition 12,” only 500 copies, which features remixes by Dominik Culbe and Juju & Jordash. The single also has an original Andy Martin illustration decorating the sleeve.

You can catch New Build on tour throughout Europe this March. They are also playing two New York dates.
