Gauntlet Hair released a new music video for “Keep Time.”
The video was shot in Portland, Oregon and directed by Bernardo Pantoja and Skyler Stevenson. The video follows the scattered shenanigans of the members through alleyways as they splatter pumpkins, play with mirrors, and sport heavy eye make-up.
Though Gauntlet Hair is only recently making a splash, members Andy R. and Craig Nice have been writing music together since they were 15. The Denver-based band received rave reviews for its performances during CMJ in New York.
Gauntlet Hair signed to independent record label Dead Oceans earlier this year, and “Keep Time” is off the duo’s self-titled debut album, which was released on October 18.

About a year ago, Pop ‘stache first speculated that Gauntlet Hair would become one of the next buzz bands, and even offerd a free download of “Top Bunk.”
Gauntlet Hair is hitting the road for a fall tour with Unknown Mortal Orchestra, which already hit Chicago.
