The Black Keys will release its seventh studio album titled El Camino on December 6, 2011, the follow up to the band’s Grammy award winning Brothers. The band delivered the news of the album through a video with comedic actor Bob Odenkirk, from Mr. Show with Bob and David.

The band set up an El Camino website which features the video, more images of used vans for sale and, most importantly, a way to pre-order the new album. They even left a number to receive a message featuring Patrick Carney, the drummer, describing all the aspects of the van. Fans who pre-order any of the packages will receive the first single off of El Camino, “Lonely Boy,” on October 26, 2011 in their inbox.
In January and February of next year, the Black Keys plan to tour the UK and Europe. No news yet on an American tour just yet.
