Perhaps lead singer Milo Aukerman wants to fulfill his “Kabuki Girl” desires, perhaps not.
Either way, SoCal punk rock darlings the Descendents will kick off a four-day Japanese tour at the annual Punkspring festival in Tokyo.
Following their March 31 show at Makuhari Messe, the Descendents will be joined by west-coast pop-punk act Broadway Calls for the remaining shows in early April.
In other news, last month Either/Or Records released a 15-song Descendents tribute album with covers recorded by bands on the Doylestown, PA label among others.
