Teenage Wildlife – “Come On and Shoot”

John Wright is a lot of things. He’s a photographer, filmmaker, bassist, drummer, keyboardist, and certainly one of our favorite one-man bands. Teenage Wildlife is his solo project— and when we say solo, we mean solo. Priding himself on his independence in an increasingly collaboration-based musical landscape, Wright does all his audio tinkering by himself in his attic-turned-studio. It’s hard not to like the results, especially given the fact that the financial proceeds are used to benefit underprivileged youth.
