Minor Characters – “Come Break My Heart”
on December 29, 2011
Minor Characters may be one of Chicago’s most promising new bands, but with a sound similar to the band Girls, it’s hard not to wonder whether the group would be more at home in California. Fortunately for Chicagoans, they seem to be quite comfortable right where they are. If you haven’t yet heard of the group, the first thing you need to do is listen to “Come Break My Heart,” the third track off their self-titled debut EP. Its modern take on a 1960s pop love song will surely leave you wanting to hear more. You can also learn more about the group in their Cherry Popper feature and EP review.
