Has-Lo – “Reincarnate”

This is the kind of music best listened to while out cruising the city. You know, when you got that feeling like you run the town. The song “Reincarnate” is the first track off Has-Lo’s latest album, Conversation B, a complete re-imagining/reworking of his previous album In Case I Don’t Make It. Although only two minutes long, this track does a great job introducing Has-Lo as an artist. You get a small taste of his laid-back flow and fresh sense as a lyricist. Combined with Audible Doctor’s smooth sample-based production, it’s hard not to be immediately pulled into the album.
