After making stops in Brazil and Chile, Lollapalooza is coming back home to Chicago and bringing a slew of bands along for the ride. Chicago’s Lollapalooza will be headlined by The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, Black Sabbath and a whole host more.
Lollapalooza will take place in Chicago’s Grant Park on August 3 – 5, 2012. Along with the Chili Peppers, Keys and Sabbath, Lolla will also feature Jack White, Florence and the Machine, At The Drive-In, Bassnectar, Avicii, The Shins, Justice, Passion Pit, Kaskage, The Weeknd, Sigur Ros, Bloc Party, Calvin Harris and Miike Snow.
It looks like this year’s Lolla will be a little more Electro friendly but also features a lot of older faces making a return and some new favorites to check out.
The announced lineup is below. Expect more names to be announced to fill out the 130 artist roster. Regular 3-day passes are on sale for $230 and limited single day passes will be on sale in the near future.
