Book publisher William Morrow today unveiled plans to publish the memoirs of Courtney Love, lead singer of Hole and Kurt Cobain’s widow.
Though no release date or title was given, the book will be written with Anthony Bozza, best known for his contributions to Rolling Stone. Bozza also has written several books on musicians like rapper Eminem, Guns n’ Roses guitarist Slash, and most recently comedian Tracy Morgan.
In addition to other topics, the book will cover Love’s drug use, marriage to Kurt Cobain, and her acting career, according to a press release from the book publisher. The release didn’t mention Love’s legal battles with Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic over the future of Nirvana’s estate.
Love’s band Hole first earned mainstream success with the 1994 single “Doll Parts” off the album Live Through This.
Hole’s latest album Nobody’s Daughter was released in April 2010.
