If you’re heading to Austin, Texas for this year’s South by Southwest Music festival you may want to kick it off with the IODA 8th Annual Opening Day Bash.
The Independent Online Distribution Alliance, which handles digital distribution for independent musicians and filmmakers, has been hosting this free event for the past seven years to help promote artists like Deer Tick and We Were Promised Jetpacks.
This year’s bash, which gets started at noon on Wednesday, March 14th, will take place at the Red Eyed Fly in Austin and will feature live performances by Thee Oh Sees, Polica, and The Wedding Present among others.
