I hope Trent Reznor wins an Oscar. Wouldn’t it be cool and kind of a big “fuck you” to the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences? A guy who once proclaimed “I wanna fuck you like an animal,” and wore leather pants and made some seriously revolutionary tunes could receive that golden statue and rub it in Joan Rivers’ faux face on the red carpet.
And! Dude really deserves it! If you’ve seen the Social Network, then you know the score that Reznor did with Atticus Ross is phenomenal. (If you didn’t see it, go watch it right now. NOW!) The David Fincher joint has eight nominations.
