I wish I had gone to some kind of really hip elementary school. It’s cool that public schools are doing cool, artistically challenging things for kids. This group of kids at PS22 have done it again. This time interpreting “Round and Round” by Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti.
I was trying to decide which one of these kids is my favorite. But it is impossible to pick. They are all feeling the music in their own way, and they are all awesome. Whether doing the fingers-in-the-air twirls or closing their eyes and just vibing, they really just seem to get it much more than so many more adults that I have met.
