New Jersey surfy rock dudes Real Estate are now signed to Domino records and now have a release date for their new record. Their debut self-titled full length was full of reverb-ed out beachy tunes, mostly about New Jersey and suburban living. The new record is titled Days and is out October 18 in North America, October 17 in Europe. Hopefully it will be as dreamy and captivating as the first, and judging by the new track “It’s Real,” (available below), we think it will be. Tracklist below.
