If you were a fan of the last Incubus record, Light Grenades, then you’ll probably like the bands newly released “Adolescents.” The track is the first from the upcoming record, If Not Now, When? It’s been five years since the band last released a full studio album (a greatest hits record with one new track doesn’t count.) Guitarist Mike Einziger talks about what influenced his parts on the new album.
Spoiler alert: He has “a new understanding of really simple things…it’s much more stripped down.” Is that code for ‘we already sold out and we’re just looking to cash in?’
