Sporting over 2,000 official bands on it’s roster, it’s no surprise that there’s a fair amount of bands heading down to Austin,TX for the 25th anniversary of South By Southwest. We’ve done our best to compile a comprehensive list of bands that are headed down to Austin.
Pop ‘stache is sending a team of writers/photographers/videographers to cover all the happenings of SXSW. We’re planning to attack the festival without any press credentials or prior contact with publicists in order to capture the raw energy that makes SXSW so appealing. “This Must Be The Fan” aims to give voice back to the people in the crowd, making their experience significant as much as the bands playing on stage.
Our picks are marked in bold.
