FaltyDL caught a lot of us by surprise in 2011, releasing the spectacular, unique You Stand Uncertain, a blend of samples, impeccable production and timely booming bass. On his first single in support of his 2013 album Hardcourage, "Straight & Arrow" goes back to the proverbial drawing board, scaling back the maddening sounds of You Stand Uncertain in exchange for haunting sampled vocals and tickling synthesizers.
