Don't call it a comeback. For that matter, don't call it anything--for three minutes and 32-seconds, soak in the sound of the Monkeys back at the top of their game.
Non-album single "R U Mine?" picks up right where last year's Suck It and See left off, and that's a good thing. (We liked Suck It and See.) Between drummer Matt Helder's furious drumming and frontman Alex Turner's too-cool-for-Coco attitude, this live performance is a great time. Remember how disappointing Lana Del Rey and Sleigh Bells were on SNL? Well, here's something to wash that taste out of your mouth.
"R U Mine?" will be available in stores this Saturday for Record Store Day. Alex Turner-inspired haircuts are available at your local hairstylist.
