Zulu Pearls – “Magic Tricks”

“The party’s over, but I can’t tell,” sings singer-songwriter Zach Van Hoozerout in Zulu Pearls new track “Magic Tricks.” The artist, his choice style of music and the overall vibe of this killer track are all expressed within this single line of lyrics. Van Hoozerout is self-described as “DIY but not Lo-Fi, nostalgic but not retro.” He feels modern guitar rock is shutting the lights off on the classic styles from the 1970s, and he’s just trying to keep the party going.
