We Are Pirates – “Running”

Back in January we shared a free download of We Are Pirates‘ debut track “Canyon,” which is highlighted by its infectious synth breakdowns. Earlier this month, the band released a debut EP titled Kids Practice, featuring “Canyon” and four other tracks. As you’ll hear on “Running” and most of the other tracks on the EP, glitchy Nintendo-like noises are seamlessly integrated into a smooth dream-pop base. The best part is, the entire EP is available as a free download via SoundCloud!
