The Sheepdogs – “Feeling Good”

on August 20, 2012

Feeling Good

The Sheepdogs, a band from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, has found a musical sweet spot between 70’s rock, southern rock, and modern blues rock. The group’s forthcoming self-titled album was produced by Patrick Carney, of The Black Keys, and you’ll definitely hear a lot of his influence. It’s new track “Feeling Good” revs up with a fuzzed-out guitar and “Howlin’ for You”-like drums. Eventually, frontman Ewan Currie’s vocals come in like a wave of nostalgia.

The Sheepdogs will release September 4th.
