Purity Ring – “Obedear”

With the release of its fourth song “Obedear” and announcement of it’s debut album Shrines, synth-pop duo Purity Ring has moved their status from buzz to full-on quake. On the new track, Megan James’ innocent yet intoxicating vocals sort of duet with the dark, sinister, hip-hop-inspired instrumentation. It brings goth to the club.
