EXITMUSIC – “Passage”

Similar to M83, EXITMUSIC is defined by its ability to create an epic musical storyline. The duo’s new track “Passage” perfectly exemplifies this, as it emotionally and sonically rises and falls until its powerful climax four minutes in. At its peak, Aleksa Palladino’s vocals shift from haunting tremolo into a chilling howl as the instrumentation erupts around her. It’s very powerful and intoxicating.
EXITMUSIC announced the May 22nd release of their debut album, also called Passage. This past July, we shared the duo’s song “The Sea,” which you can listen to and download here.
