At 62 years old earlier this year, Charles Bradley released his debut album No Time For Dreaming. If you don’t know the artist’s story, it would be worth your time to learn a little bit about him. Music has always been Bradley’s heart and soul, but as you will learn, life’s misfortunes kept him from making it a career. Finally, with the help of guitarist Tom Brenneck, Bradley was able to pull from his experience and create a soulful, passionate album. “Heartaches and Pain” is his heartbreaking autobiographical track, documenting the loss of his brother.
