Nearing the release of his third album this year, Ty Segall's new single "The Hill" is some of his most innovative solo material to date. Featuring harmonized vocals with Thee Oh Sees' Bridget Dawson who also does a sort of a capella introduction to the track, "The Hill" is frivolous and jolting.
