Nearly four excruciating years after Cross, Xavier de Rosnay and Gaspard Augé are back and yes, they still have their holy grail of a snare sample. It may be a commercial spot for Adidas but 2011 is slated to be the year the Parisians release its second full-length album. “Civilization,” a brutal, four-on-the-floor meditation on society and culture (or just a fucking banger) is the first single from the upcoming album. The video is directed by Romain Gavras who also filmed A Cross the Universe, and the notorious “Stress” music video.
